Art Director Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Art Director to contribute to our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing visual ideas and designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative concepts and designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to designers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pakistani or African nationality preferred but not required
• Experience working on branding or advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
