Art Director

Our client, a vibrant federal government entity, is looking for an experienced as well as imaginative Art Supervisor to join their group in Abu Dhabi. The Director will be accountable for leading the executional group of designers, photographers, as well as guide videographers on concepts as essential, designing as required.

The role:

1. Work very closely with the creative approach director across all the organisation's advertising as well as interaction output.
2. Identify exactly how best to stand for the innovative director's concepts.
3. Lead the team of developers as well as photographers, making certain briefs and principles are clearly defined and tailored as required.
4. Lead the development of the organisation's brand and also aesthetic identity.
5. Look after the aesthetic identification, design and result of integrated storytelling projects as required.
6. Inspire the developers and digital photographers with principles, trends, as well as an alternative means of working to deliver in a timely manner.
7. Work closely with the team to make certain layout result is tailored for various systems and also media e.g. digital.
8. Job closely with the manufacturing group to storyboard principles in line with the creative method.

Requirements:

1. UAE national with a Family Book.
2. Minimum of 8 years' experience at an innovative company, style workshop or experience company-- ideally with a digital media focus.
3. At least a BFA or other bachelor's degree in a related area.
4. Experience in teaming up with a selection of neighborhood and worldwide partners to push innovative borders.
5. A strong foundation in aesthetics (graphic design, typography, photography, movie, make-up, colour and so on).
6. Equipped with fluency in neighborhood society and also a finger on the pulse of innovative reasoning.
7. Capability to utilize the ADOBE style suite.
8. Superb written as well as verbal communications and discussion skills in English and Arabic.
9. An ability to distil a complicated brief with tactical intent.
