Art Director

Socialize is searching for its next Art Director. We're looking for an ambitious, passionate Art Director whose hands-on approach will lead our multi-media design to even greater success.

You'll need to be oozing creativity and understand that ideas are only as good as how they're told. You'll be a phenomenal visual communicator and be able to tell stories that are smart, on-brand, and drive business results. You'll also be comfortable with clients, interpreting briefs, understanding their needs, and creating opportunities. This includes collaborating with clients and the account team, conducting brainstorms, devising presentation approaches, creating proposals, and presenting impactful creative aligned to a thoughtful business strategy.

You'll also have:

• the ability to integrate seamlessly with agency peers to facilitate collaboration and innovation,
