Take over a key role as an Art Director in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

1. Create and guide visuals for campaigns, projects, and content while maintaining brand identity.
2. Design and adapt assets for show titles across platforms, expanding campaign materials under the Creative Lead's supervision.
3. Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to refine and enhance campaign assets.
4. Apply strong typography and design principles for visually appealing outcomes.
5. Communicate effectively with team members to align on expectations and revisions.
6. Show a high level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility in creative projects.
7. Adapt to different design styles while maintaining visual coherence.
8. Curiosity about new creative tools, technologies, and industry trends.

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
4. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and brand consistency.
5. Ability to manage workload efficiently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
6. Excellent communication skills in English.
7. Experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or startup environments is a plus.
8. Former motion graphics experience is a plus.
9. Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
