Assistant to Director

We are seeking an assistant to the Medical Director, a local business owner with relevant experience in the UAE.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide a highly personal approach at all times.
  2. Monitoring of the journal and hospitality services to ensure a professional and organized approach at all times.
  3. To provide an effective and professional meeting and greet service for clients/visitors.
  4. Assist with providing an effective and professional telephone message service and ensure that all calls are handled within the agreed business service level timeframe.
  5. To assist with arranging all local and abroad travel arrangements (including visas, accommodation, etc.).
  6. Provide an efficient correspondence management system including email management and scanning.
  7. To manage the administrative tasks related to the company hospitality tickets.
  8. To assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks where needed to ensure that all deadlines are met and completed.
  9. To manage invoicing processes and internal orders.
  10. To provide effective cover for other PAs and EAs as required.
  11. Manage expenses.
  12. To assist in the administration and control of company events.
