We are looking for a rounded art director that can multitask and deliver good quality work for different channels. They are responsible for conceptualizing and executing 360-degree campaigns offline and online.
The Art Director is responsible for overseeing the conceptual and visual elements of a campaign. They work closely with the creative team, including copywriters, to develop concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the message of the campaign and appeal to the target audience.
The focus of an art director is to develop visually striking and impactful ideas that convey the desired message and help to achieve the goals of the advertising campaign. Additionally, they may be responsible for overseeing the work of designers and illustrators, and coordinating with other departments such as production and business teams.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product: The Art Director has a creative ideation mind and is at the center of ideation and output. They address creative briefs that provide strategic insight(s) and creative inspiration.
They are obsessed with creating impactful stories conceptually and visually, regardless of the channel used.
They have solid art direction skills, master technology tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and are well-versed in typography.
They have practical experience with animation and motion-graphics.
They are meticulous in projects with solid attention to detail.
They effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal team.
Qualifications
2-5 years of agency experience.
A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment.
Successful client contact experience.
The ability to work collaboratively within teams.
Good presentation skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
