Take over a key role as an Art Director in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

• Create and guide visuals for campaigns, projects, and content while maintaining brand identity.
• Design and adapt assets for show titles across platforms, expanding campaign materials under the Creative Lead’s supervision.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to refine and enhance campaign assets.
• Apply strong typography and design principles for visually appealing outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with team members to align on expectations and revisions.
• Show a high level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility in creative projects.
• Adapt to different design styles while maintaining visual coherence.
• Curiosity about new creative tools, technologies, and industry trends.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or startup environments is a plus.
• Former motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
