Job description

SquareYards, the #1 pan-India distributor by revenues for primary residential real estate in India and a virtual monopoly in key NRI markets, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales/Investment/Portfolio Manager in the field of real estate for the Abu Dhabi location.

Square Yards is a technology-enabled transaction platform that owns and operates the real estate aggregation and transaction portal squareyards.com and the Square Connect mobile app for property brokers. It aggregates 6000 realty projects of around 500 developers and builders and distributes around 27000 different configurations of homes. It also has a network of 15000 brokers in 31 cities in India and overseas.

The company has a presence in 10 countries including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada. Its customers are serviced by Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) with property purchase documentation, home loan/mortgage support, taxation & legal services, portfolio management, and restructuring, etc.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales and revenue generation for International Property Management (IPM).
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities and projects. Develop promotional campaigns around major product launches.
  3. Initiate and implement process/procedure changes/improvements and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
  4. Conceptualize and implement competent strategies, processes, and policies for regional operations, ensuring that requisite changes are made as and when required.
  5. Develop investment strategies and recommendations to meet client objectives and maximize returns.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, negotiation, and guidance on investment opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to assess and evaluate real estate projects, ensuring viability and profitability.
  8. Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members.
  9. Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular reports and updates to clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Proven sales experience in real estate for at least 1 year.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment risks and opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 5000.00 - AED 10000.00 per month
