Job Description

Develop sales and marketing strategy to generate new leads, determine client requirements, introduce and promote relevant products for UAE and GCC markets.

Identify business opportunities and target markets for sustainable increased growth.

Monitor competition products and prices, new entrants and products.

Plan and organise customer visits.

Follow-up existing clients to maintain order levels.

Resolve customer concerns by product usage guidance and providing solutions, reporting recommendations to management.

Weekly sales call activity and customer reports, monthly market forecast and share to be reported directly to MD.

Willing to travel frequently.

Qualifications

University degree in business or engineering.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling/marketing adhesives with in-depth product and market knowledge.

Proven track record of winning and closing new business.

Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valid UAE driving license with own car.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
