Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description

  1. Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
  2. To expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
  3. To constantly assess the competitors' activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
  4. To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
  5. To organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and Company’s Showroom Incharge to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  6. To attend to all issues concerning dealers/customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
  7. Foster and develop relationships with dealers/hospitality customers.
  8. Manage Dealers, Distributor segment, and Hospitality clients.
  9. Reviewing dealer performance & company showroom-wise performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve business.
  10. To ensure that each of the Company showrooms deliver maximum throughput every month and that the operation is viable.
  11. To closely monitor the progress of all projects in order to secure business.
  12. Monitor the functioning of the Sales Executives and Showrooms In charge on a regular basis and to appraise their performance.
  13. To assess the manpower requirement and to recruit executives in consultation/co-ordination with the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  2. At least 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a relevant industry.
  3. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a sales environment.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills are critical, with an ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
  5. Exemplary communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
  6. Experience in the Hospitality segment is preferred, showcasing a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
