Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Build and lead a motivated team through training, performance reviews, and hands-on support.
• Monitor sales, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Foster strong relationships with F&B outlets, vendors, and restaurant partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, with mandatory experience in Turkish Cuisine.
• Proven success in managing multiple locations or restaurant chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Ability to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi outlets as needed.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
