Objectives of this role

1. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
2. Research consumer needs.
3. Enable Sales Team to act as a first-class ambassador of the brand – proactively follows the Sales Process / Methodology.
4. Establish store checklist carried out by Area Manager.
5. Monitor customer feedback, analyze root cause, discuss with peer Area Manager, and launch corrective action.
