Job Description:
Sales and Revenue Management:
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for home appliances or electronics products within the assigned region.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives or retail staff to deliver strong sales performance.
- Set clear targets and performance standards, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.
Operations and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the smooth operation of distribution channels and monitor product availability in retail outlets or stores.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and retailers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure the resolution of issues related to product quality or delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Use data analytics to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions, and inventory adjustments.
Product Knowledge and Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest products, technological advancements, and trends in the home appliances or electronics industry.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
Budget Management:
- Manage the area’s budget, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities and operational expenses.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in merchandising of home appliances or electronics products.
