Architecture Technical Office Engineer

• Implement and adhere to technical office policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on project design drawings, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with other trades to resolve conflicts between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Maintain and update the shop drawing log before submitting drawings to the consultant for approval.
• Prepare and study Requests for Information (RFIs) to address missing, unclear, or conflicting technical issues arising during construction.
• Review and coordinate the approval process of subcontractors' and outsourced shop drawings with the project consultant.
• Report and assist in resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other construction-related issues to the project manager for discussion and resolution.
• Prepare as-built drawings at the project's completion and hand them over to the project consultant.
• Prepare material submittals in conjunction with specified materials, ensuring consultant approval.
