Architecture/ Landscape BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

1. Create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) of architecture and landscape design using industry-standard software.
2. Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and rectify conflicts.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
4. Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
5. Develop parametric families for architecture components.
6. Maintain organized and structured BIM data libraries and ensure the accuracy of model information.
7. Stay up to date with UAE national codes and standards related to architecture and ensure compliance in BIM models.

Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Architectural Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling

Strong knowledge of architecture modelling

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Software Knowledge Required

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC (BIM360), Dynamo (Advantage)
