Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects involving commercial malls, airports, stations, and other public buildings.
• Serve as the primary coordinator within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and engineering components.
• Collaborate on the spatial design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems to meet project specifications.
• Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with design standards, spatial requirements, and client objectives.
• Identify and address design conflicts and ensure alignment across project disciplines.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all coordination tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project coordination for high-complexity public infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in coordinating MEP systems, spatial requirements, and resolving design challenges.
• Experience working on high-value projects exceeding AED 200M budget is desirable.
• Proficiency in design and coordination tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
