Architectural QA/QC Engineer

Black & Grey HR has partnered with a premier real estate development company in UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural QA/QC Engineer to ensure that architectural works, including finishes, materials, and design elements, align with project specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance and Inspections:
   - Inspect architectural finishes such as flooring, ceilings, wall cladding, and joinery to ensure they comply with approved designs.
   - Confirm that materials and workmanship adhere to project quality standards.
2. Testing and Evaluation:
   - Perform tests on materials like paint quality, tile bonding, and glass performance.
   - Identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues and suggest corrective actions.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   - Keep detailed records of inspections, material submissions, and quality control processes.
   - Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Architectural Engineer.
4. Compliance and Coordination:
   - Ensure that all architectural work meets safety, quality, and design regulations.
   - Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to address and resolve any non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural QA/QC positions.
3. Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural QA/QC tools.
4. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
5. Proficiency in reviewing and verifying shop drawings and technical specifications.
6. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
