Architectural Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in architectural design and construction.

Complete knowledge of building codes, safety standards, industry trends, and regulations.

Proficiency in CAD software, 3D Max, BIM, and other relevant design tools.

Applicants must be currently based in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and review technical drawings in collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
2. Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and contractors to ensure project success.
3. Review all architectural shop drawings before submission, producing detailed designs and determining project requirements.
4. Review material submittals related to Façade and interior design to ensure quality and compliance.
5. Oversee material selection and finishes, managing sample approvals and mockup processes.
6. Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
7. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
8. Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to construction teams during project implementation.
9. Lead the complete project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final handover, ensuring all client requirements are met.
10. Assist in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and analysis of MEP drawings.
