Job Description:

• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to produce precise and detailed drawings that meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Utilize advanced CAD software to create and modify architectural plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with local building codes.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions, utilizing this information to inform design adjustments and improve accuracy.
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients, facilitating clearer decision-making processes.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that all modifications are documented and reflected in updated drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports, to streamline the design process.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and MEP engineers to ensure design integrity and resolve conflicts in drawings.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all project documentation, drawings, and revisions to ensure easy access and traceability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and interior design, applying this knowledge to enhance design quality.
• Support project management in timeline tracking and resource allocation, contributing to the successful completion of projects on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, particularly in high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, alongside strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations specific to Dubai and the UAE to ensure compliance in all designs.
• Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills considered a strong advantage in client interactions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects, highlighting creativity and technical proficiency.
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of spatial awareness to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
