Job Title: Architectural Draughtsman

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

1. Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting techniques.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings.
3. Ensure that drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
4. Review and revise drawings as necessary to address feedback from project stakeholders and ensure accuracy.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and records of revisions.
6. Assist with site surveys and field measurements as needed to support project development and construction.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to architectural drafting.

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. Diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
4. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Previous experience in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred but not required.
