Architectural Draughtsman

Experienced Architectural Draughtsman needed for immediate start. Must have proven consultancy experience in detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts for high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts for high-rise building projects.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient drafting.
3. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project leads.
4. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
5. Maintain drawing files and records in an organized manner.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years UAE Consultancy experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in high-rise building projects, specifically in Abu Dhabi.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
3. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, local building codes, and construction standards.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drafts.
5. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality submission procedures is preferred.
6. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
