Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals including building service engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and architects.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Responsible for the preparation of design deliverables & authority submissions as per the assigned task.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive feasibility reports and design proposals to the client as required.
5. Precisely specify the required materials ensuring they adhere to the desired standards and quality.
6. Take ownership of Concept, Schematic, Detailed Tender, and Construction drawings ensuring they are thoroughly prepared and delivered on time.
7. Address challenges proactively and resolve issues that arise during the design process.
8. Produce periodic BIM reports for projects to identify and measure BIM implementation.
9. Implement the BIM Execution Plan in projects and evaluate the Project Information Model for compliance with BEP.
10. Actively participate in the BIM Process throughout the design phase with routine responsibilities including handling of CDE, MIDP, TIDP, Data Drops, Model health checking of PIM, and being responsible for Design Issues.
11. Follow Office BIM protocol and ensure delivery of PIM and stage deliverables as per office standards.
12. Review stage submission of PIM and conduct QA/QC audit based on BEP or office template.
13. Ensure models are developed in compliance with BEP and follow LOD requirements and Classification system as defined.
14. Take an active role in the in-house BIM Committee to develop BIM content and library, update BIM standards, and enhance project templates.
15. Support the site supervision team in clarifying design queries during the construction stage as required.
