Architect HOD

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Architect HOD who is well-versed in collaborating with interior designers. The ideal candidate will support concept development, oversee site visits, provide guidance during briefings, and effectively manage designer schedules. This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly integrate architectural design and interior design processes, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the architectural department, overseeing all design and project-related activities.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers to develop cohesive design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
• Provide architectural guidance and support throughout the design process, ensuring design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate site visits, ensuring that designs are executed according to plans and specifications.
• Participate in design briefings and ensure effective communication of client requirements to the design and project teams.
• Manage and streamline designer schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the integration of architectural and interior design elements, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they align with budget and quality expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure innovative and sustainable designs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architecture with a strong background in managing and leading design teams.
• Familiarity with working closely with interior designers and managing cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of architectural and interior design principles, project management, and construction processes.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools.

Experience :

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience working on integrated architectural and interior design projects is preferred.
• Strong track record in managing design teams and delivering complex projects.
