Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect cum Sales professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architecture, combined with sales acumen, to effectively manage both design and client relationship functions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing architectural solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present architectural concepts, designs, and plans that meet client requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine designs, ensuring alignment with their vision and project goals.
  • Conduct site analysis and prepare feasibility studies for potential projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Actively engage in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Present architectural solutions to clients, demonstrating how these solutions meet their needs and contribute to their success.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and project timelines with clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design revisions, client communications, and contract details.
    • Prepare regular reports on project status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A 4-year degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Possession of a certificate eligible for UAE Attestation.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and sales, with UAE experience being an added advantage.
    • Proven track record in managing architectural projects and driving sales growth.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of architectural principles, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and building codes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
