Architect

Job Purpose: The architect will design or redesign new or existing buildings. The ideal candidate's duties include creating detailed, bespoke, high-end residential and commercial properties, estimating costs and budgets, and supervising the construction process.

1. Develop unique architectural concepts tailored specifically to the preferences and lifestyles of a Royal Family.
2. Produce and showcase luxurious and exclusive detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations and make corrections according to the Royal Family's requirements.
3. Collaborate and liaise with construction professionals, interior designers, and individuals relevant to the project to ensure a cohesive design vision and smooth project execution.
4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
5. Work directly with the Royal Family to understand their needs, preferences, and vision.
6. Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
7. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
8. Source and specify premium, high-quality materials, finishes, and fittings.
9. Integrate sustainable and cutting-edge technologies without compromising luxury.
10. Comply with the specific standards, local building codes, guidelines, and regulations and address any legal or technical issues that may arise during the project.
11. Stay updated with the architectural trends and advancements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing projects for elite clients and royal families, including mansions, villas, or luxury commercial spaces.
3. Exceptional knowledge of materials, finishes, and technologies used in ultra-luxury properties.
4. Minimum of eight to ten years of similar experience in designing high-end, luxury, and bespoke properties.
5. In-depth knowledge of using relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion.
6. Creative and meticulous in conceptualizing luxurious and exclusive distinctive and innovative designs with polished execution and finishing.
7. Anticipate and exceed clients' expectations.
8. Versatile communication for client interaction and presentation; Arabic will be an added advantage.
9. Strong leadership skills to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively.
10. Proven ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients.
