Architect

We're looking for a Design Architect with 2-3 years experience with the following skills:

You should have a portfolio of work of Middle Eastern projects and have lived in UAE.

Great knowledge of UAE building regulations.

Be involved in a project from the initial sketching and concept phase and should be able to show evidence of your sketching skills.

Be able to put together 3D models to articulate your ideas/vision.

Have experience in the production stages of a project.

Requirements

Must be a qualified UK RIBA Architect or equivalent.

You must be able to use Revit and Rhino, and Maya would be extremely beneficial to your application. Anyone with a great background with experience in all three will be considered first.

Your portfolio should contain freehand concept sketch ideas. We want to understand you as a designer, how you come up with the initial idea and how you go about developing your idea further.

As well as the design background, you should be able to produce excellent 3D models and production packages.

You should be based in UAE and have working knowledge of the building regulations in the Middle East.
