Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Design Development

• Lead the preparation and review of interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to integrate interior design seamlessly into the overall project.
• Develop space planning, material specifications, and finish schedules tailored to project requirements

2. Technical Coordination

• Review and approve interior design shop drawings and material submittals.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve design challenges during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations related to interior works

3. Project Management

• Monitor progress and quality of interior works at different project stages.
• Manage timelines and budgets related to interior design deliverables.
• Liaise with procurement teams to source materials and finishes, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

4. Client Interaction

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for interior spaces.
• Present design proposals and manage client feedback effectively.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering interior spaces that meet or exceed expectations.
