Architect

Looking for an architect with over 5 years of experience in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Controlling projects from inception to completion to guarantee high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Produce conceptual plans, renderings and designs.
• Develops and organizes project layouts, ensuring the integration of engineering components into a cohesive design for client evaluation and approval.
• Creating drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design, Schematic Design and Detailed Design phases of a project by collaborating with the project managers.
• Create detailed blueprints and implement any required revisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
