Deliver engaging individual or group lessons that focus on all aspects of the Arabic language (speaking, writing, reading, listening, grammar, and vocabulary).
Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals.
Introduce students to Arabic culture, history, and traditions to help deepen their understanding and appreciation of the language.
Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and proficiency levels.
Student Support:
Provide personalized feedback to students, offering constructive criticism and advice on improving their language skills.
Support students with extra help and tutoring outside of class hours when needed.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and builds confidence.
Curriculum Development:
Design and adapt instructional materials such as worksheets, exercises, quizzes, and audio/visual aids to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Keep lessons fresh and relevant by incorporating current events, cultural references, and authentic materials (e.g., literature, music, videos).
Progress Monitoring:
Regularly assess students' performance through tests, quizzes, written exercises, and oral assessments.
Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians on performance.
Make adjustments to teaching strategies based on assessment results and individual student progress.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Center Manager and staff to ensure a consistent educational experience across different language levels.
Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and workshops to improve teaching practices.
