Arabic Teacher

The purpose of this role is to help our employees learn and understand the Arabic language (including spoken Arabic, Arabic grammar, and Arabic writing).

Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

1. Develop, implement, and deliver Arabic language learning programs for the company.
2. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
3. Select and obtain materials and supplies such as textbooks.
4. Develop Arabic lesson plans including English.
5. Plan classes and mark work handed in.
6. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
7. Evaluate employees on their coursework and assignments.
8. Maintain staff attendance records, grades, and other required records.
9. Manage the training/study room.
10. Monitor, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
11. Prepare weekly/monthly program progress reports to the HR director.
12. Plan and ensure compliance with the training schedule throughout the year.
13. Evaluate and write individual reports at the end of each training.
14. Ensure cost control and budget compliance.
15. Provide general administrative assistance and support to the department.
16. Understand, comply with, and promote all organizational policies and procedures.

Language Requirements:

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent

Job Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature.
2. Knowledge of Arabic Translation to English and vice versa.
3. 3 years experience as an Arabic Teacher.
4. Strong discipline and commitment to an organized working method.
5. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Results-driven with planning and execution skills.
7. Organizational and self-management skills.
8. Efficient time management skills.
9. Maintain personal grooming, neat and professional at all times.
10. Availability to travel.
