Tasks

• Provide personalized travel consultations to clients in Arabic and English, understanding their needs and offering suitable travel packages.
• Promote and sell outbound travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel services and enhance client experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations and packages offered by Pegas Touristik LLC.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
