BLUCO LLC-FZ is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR, recruitment, administration, and client relationship management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations including document control, employee records, and office coordination.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
Draft, review, and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
Prepare reports, assist with planning, and support management with HR and client-related projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Administration, and Client Management within the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
