Job description

Location: Dubai Muteena
Industry: Healthcare (Nursing Center)
Salary: AED 2000 to 2500

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in Arabic and English.
  2. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  3. Provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
  4. Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software is a plus.
