Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications Manager with a strong background in government communications and a proven track record of working with high-profile individuals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling messages and manage diverse communication strategies.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage media interactions, and ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including drafting press releases, speeches, reports, and presentations in both Arabic and English.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media relations, managing interviews, press events, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, media outlets, and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing strategic recommendations as needed.
  • Ensure crisis communication plans are in place and executed effectively when required.
  • Provide communication support for events, campaigns, and public engagements.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Government Experience: A minimum of [X years] of experience working in or closely with government entities.
  • High-Profile Engagement: Demonstrated experience working with high-profile individuals, including senior government officials, CEOs, or public figures.

  • Knowledge of the cultural and political landscape of the Middle East.
