They serve their clients in financial services, telecommunications, energy, healthcare and many other sectors.
The Role
They are currently looking to recruit an Arabic Executive Assistant to provide senior support to one of the Senior Partners within their organisation based in Abu Dhabi. This role will take full responsibility for the organisation of busy schedules and complex diary management, across multiple time zones. You will consistently be liaising with clients, teams and other contacts, and so you will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner that is consistent with the company’s values. It is paramount that as an executive assistant, you demonstrate the ability to display maturity and flexibility to work both independently and as a team. This role will involve various projects and so multitasking is the key to success in this position. The level of support required will also include:
Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or a high level Personal Assistant and ideally possess a secretarial qualification. Strong English and Arabic language skills are essential, as is advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
