Job description

As the Applications & Infrastructure Partner, you will play a key role in executing Emirates Group digital learning applications and infrastructure strategy through creating the architecture that enables our employees access to on-demand solutions.

In this role, you will:

  1. Responsible for the end to end scope, design and build of digital platforms and applications.
  2. Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience.
  3. Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to ensure complete alignment of learning solutions with platform capabilities, offering a smooth and effective service to the business.
  4. Maintain an active awareness of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business, collaborating with IT, partner providers and vendors to ensure alignment and integration.
  5. Ensure that digital platform solutions are relevant and aligned to business needs.
  6. Ensure digital experiences are accessible at the moment of need and in a consumable and easy-to-use form.
  7. Create a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms.
  8. Maintain a level subject matter expertise on digital learning platforms, continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices.
  9. Work cross functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Training or a relevant field.
  2. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  3. At least 3 years of progressive experience in a digital learning role, including experience developing applications and working with digital learning platforms.

  10. A forward-thinking mindset, always seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organisation.
