Responsibilities
Develop and optimize new applications for food products in line with customer requirements and market trends.
Conduct product trials and experiments to test formulations and processes for new applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to ensure successful implementation of new applications.
Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting issues and offering solutions for product improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation in product development.
Ensure all applications adhere to regulatory and quality standards set by the company and relevant authorities.
Document and communicate findings from trials and experiments to relevant stakeholders.
Support sales and marketing teams by presenting and promoting new applications to customers.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in food technology and applications.
Continuous improvement of processes and products to meet changing customer demands and preferences.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in food product development, preferably in the applications area.
Strong knowledge of food ingredients, sensory evaluation, and food processing techniques.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
