Key Results:
- Experience in ATM/CDM/ITM machines Application and production support.
- Hands-on experience in supporting ATM/CDM machines software/hardware.
- Very good knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing ATM/CDM/ITM/BCDM machines issues. Hands-on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
- Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments.
- Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
- Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
- Ability to manage and support multiple applications.
Main Task:
- Min 3 to 6 Years Experience in Application Production support in Banking/financial domain.
- Hands-on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related to Application.
- Manage outsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines in accordance with Remedy Timelines.
- Hands-on experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
- Very good knowledge in ATM/CDM/ITM machines hardware/software.
- Manage ATM/CDM machines upgrade and rollout.
Description of Knowledge/Skills:
- ATM/CDM/ITM machines experience and knowledge.
- Web Services Server OS (Linux, Windows) basic operation knowledge.
- SQL knowledge.
- Minimum Graduation in IT and Computer science.
- Experience in troubleshooting ATM/CDM Application issues and managing production support.
- Extensive experience with payment systems like payment gateways, ATM switches, base24 etc.
- Ability to manage and support multiple applications.
- Interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
