Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Application Support, IT Support, or similar role
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office, iManage, LegalBar, Docket Enterprise, and Interaction is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office365.
- Prior law firm experience is highly desired.
