Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled Application Production Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for enterprise applications, preferably in banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, and Prometheus.
2. Provide L1/L2 support for production applications, ensuring uptime and reliability.
3. Investigate and resolve incidents, collaborating with L2/L3, development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
4. Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and log analysis for proactive issue resolution.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
6. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
7. Support deployments, patching, and upgrades in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Application Production Support or related roles.
2. Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Datadog, and Prometheus for monitoring and alerting.
3. Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
4. Exposure to banking and financial domain applications and regulatory requirements.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
