Communication

  1. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings with team members to foster a high level of communication culture.

  1. Maintain information security related to clients throughout the period of employment.
  2. Report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk as soon as possible.
  3. Maintain a risk-free and controlled IT environment for clients.

Documentation / Process Ownership

  1. Follow the documentation required for a particular process.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge

  1. Postgraduate professional qualification, typically graduate plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Previous Experience

  1. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a technical team lead in the banking domain, preferably with FinnOne.
