Reporting to our EVP of Analytics, you will create impact within our Analytics capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry. You'll help lead complex data solutions, mentor team members, lead multi-capability presentations, and take ownership of complex measurement projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead complex data solutions for client engagements, applying diverse skills and specialties within the capability.
• Own global initiatives to upskill our 100+ analytics team.
• Guide local team members and provide clear direction for your direct report.
• Create compelling multi-capability presentations and pitches.
• Take ownership of the Analytics Profit & Loss in-region.
• Closely liaise with Google to ensure that clients are adopting cutting-edge technologies to improve media performance.
• You have a positive mentality and can inspire others (internally and externally).

Proficiency in knowledge of deliverables and benefits associated with Web & App Measurement & Cloud:

• Strong proficiency in analytics solutions such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Implementation skills to deploy complex configurations in tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with app implementations across Firebase and Mobile Measurement Partners.
• Experience in privacy-centric solutions such as Consent Mode & Enhanced Conversions.
• You're able to blend data, insights, and strategy to provide comprehensive recommendations that inspire clients to take action.
• You can leverage data and market insights to guide decision-making and craft business strategies.
• You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.

Beneficial Skills

• Experience working with Cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, amongst others).
• Skills in the deployment of server-side tracking through solutions such as sGTM.
• Conducting testing methodologies such as incrementality testing.
• Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
• Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
