About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Venture Capital Analyst (UAE National) to join the investment team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain hands-on experience in evaluating early-stage investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio companies. The role provides exposure to innovative startups, emerging industries, and dynamic investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis & Research:

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.
• Assist in preparing investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal committees.
• Track and monitor portfolio company performance, analyzing key financial and operational metrics.

Deal Sourcing & Execution:

• Support the investment team in sourcing new investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including financial and legal documentation.
• Engage with startup founders, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Portfolio Support & Value Creation:

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to provide strategic insights and support growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, expansion, and operational improvements.
• Assist in monitoring investment exits and liquidity events.

Key Requirements:

• UAE National with up to 3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance. Internship experience is also considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, company valuation, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for startups, innovation, and technology-driven businesses.
• Prior exposure to venture capital, entrepreneurship, or early-stage investing is a plus.
