Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze the team's transactions, providing reports and correcting identified issues to ensure compliance with trade finance policy, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and credit terms and conditions without any errors within agreed timeframes.
2. Review the approval process, analyzing the data produced, reporting on identified trends to progress transaction handling, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Manage the recording of information related to the transactions and reconciliation of accounts in line with the Bank's standards for ease of access.
4. Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
5. Manage oneself in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes, and practices to ensure adherence and maximize personal contribution to business performance.
6. Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience in Trade Finance with knowledge of Banking and accounting systems for core trade products.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
