- Provides first level support for mission critical regulatory applications.
- Interact with users, regulators, and vendors to resolve issues and manage changes and testing.
- Coordinate with all required technology domains in the group for facilitating quicker deliveries.
- Implements vulnerability fixes and patches on the application infrastructure.
- Participate in Service Review meetings with the application vendors.
- Performs a key role in managing and supporting bi-annual DR drills.
- Coordinates with MIM teams to manage and resolve incidents.
- Development background with troubleshooting skills will be preferable.
- Good communication skills to articulate the subject to the users and vendors.

- Provide support to country technology team related to application support.

- Coordinates with MIM teams to manage and resolve incidents.
- Works with ICS to manage vulnerabilities. Implements vulnerability fixes and patches on the application infrastructure.
Governance
- Participates in Service Review meetings with the application vendors.
- Handle application enhancement related tasks.

- Proficiency in .NET, JAVA, Microsoft SQL administration and SQL scripting

- Experience with middleware channels such as MQ, FileIT, Solace or similar
- Familiar with rudimentary grasp of NW
