As an FP&A Analyst, you will be assisting the FP&A team by participating in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecast process, monitoring workforce productivity, and performing varied and complex financial analyses with summarized findings for decision-making purposes. The financial analyst acts as a resource for creating financial models for various business scenarios and analyzing them for return on investment and profitability.
About You
Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management with a focus on Finance or a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with experience through internships or a junior role within the industry. Your extensive knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and ability to model advanced formulas quickly, together with your strong analytical skills, enable you to prepare meaningful analysis to aid decision-making. You have a strong sense of urgency, good organizational skills, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
