Analyst - Clinical Apps (Billing/HIM)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst Billing with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be certified in the healthcare solutions listed below and have experience in operating large-scale, complex healthcare IT applications. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the listed technologies and deep technical knowledge in all the mandatory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, support, and optimize billing and health information management (HIM) applications.
2. Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure effective use of applications.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
4. Provide training and support to end-users.
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
6. Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (Mandatory)
7. Epic HIM (Mandatory)
8. 3M Medical Coding (Optional)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical application support.
2. Certifications in the relevant Epic applications.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
