Analyst - Clinical Apps (AMB / MyChart / Welcome)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst Outpatient with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be certified in the healthcare solutions listed below and have experience in operating large-scale, complex healthcare IT applications. The candidate should have a basic understanding of the listed technologies and deep technical knowledge in a minimum of one (1) of the optional technologies along with all the mandatory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, support, and optimize clinical applications.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure effective use of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Epic Ambulatory (Mandatory)
• Epic Phoenix (Optional)
• Epic ASAP (Optional)
• Epic MyChart (Mandatory)
• Epic Welcome (Mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical application support.
• Certifications in the relevant Epic applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
