Job Summary

As AM Administrator, Training Support you will be an integral member of the AM Administration team.

You will provide excellent service to all internal and external customers and provide critical administrative support to cross-functional teams within NOV. Your proficiency in all systems used including MS Office, CRMS, and our internal Learning Platform will be critical for this role, as will your ability to be flexible and prioritize quickly & efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as point of contact for all Internal Trainings within the region
  • Provide reports to internal customers on employee assignment progress
  • Create course offerings in internal learning platform for upcoming trainings
  • Upload and maintain documentation in the DMS including records of validity for all defined mandatory courses and internal personnel certification
  • PR issuance for Offshore / External Trainings
  • Drive the Technical Workforce Development Program
  • Backup support to General Support Administrator
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned
  • Send training invites to external / internal customers
  • Inform instructors of the delegates attending upcoming courses
  • Update Global Training Log Sheet for conducted training courses for external customers
  • Issuance of Training Certificates
  • Enrollment of students in Discipline Skill Level assessments
  • Proctoring students during DSL exams after attending the course

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within an Administrative team
  • Scheduling & Planning
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Very good understanding of office management processes
