Taaleem Charter Schools - Middle / High Schools. As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative, we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, to raise the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022. In 2022, Taaleem was awarded its two first Middle Schools catering to students from Grade 5 to Grade 9, with additional Grades also added to one of Taaleem's most established elementary schools - Al Riyadh School - as its transition to K-12 school continues.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a teacher within school settings.
• A deep understanding of the Primary Teaching framework and current educational practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in education.
